Please do not negotiate my prices. It takes a lot of time, patience, and skill to complete the jobs.

All services must be paid for upfront in full by customer before the job is started.

Shipping cost is covered by the customer to allow choice of company, method, insurance and signature delivery.

Please do not ship or hand me the shoebox or any accessories. They add to liability, and higher shipping rates.

I will not be liable for any orders once they are in transit with the shipping company. I am liable for orders as long as they’re in my possession.

There is a ZERO REFUND POLICY. All sales are final.

Not all shoes will yield brand new results. All shoes will be worked on with 100% of my knowledge, and equipment capabilities.

Please mention if there was any previous (restoration) work done on the shoes prior to me working on them. There may be an additional fee depending on how much additional labor I will have to perform.
