We take payments upfront in full by the time the order is placed.

No, because each pair is made with acrylic paint which does not wash off or fade if it gets wet.
For best results the shoes need to be in DS or near DS condition. It would be best to send pictures of the shoes beforehand if they’re used to get customized.
We do realize that occasionally the paint can chip or scuff due to it being art painted on the shoe. If this happens, please send an email and we will do our best to assist you. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
You can wear your customs everyday casually if you would like to. Just keep in mind, that paint on any surface can be scuffed.
No shoe will ever become brand new again. We will guarantee that you will get our best efforts from our knowledge and equipment capabilities.
