How much does it cost for a custom or restoration?Our prices are based off of what how much work that goes into the job. The base shoe, colors, complexity of the design or repair plays a major role in pricing.

How do you take your payments?We take payments upfront in full by the time the order is placed.

What is your refund policy?All of our sales are final which results in a zero refund policy.

Will the paint wash off if it gets wet?No, because each pair is made with acrylic paint which does not wash off or fade if it gets wet.

Does it matter if my shoes have been worn a couple of times?For best results the shoes need to be in DS or near DS condition. It would be best to send pictures of the shoes beforehand if they’re used to get customized.

What if I scuff my shoes or scrape the paint?We do realize that occasionally the paint can chip or scuff due to it being art painted on the shoe. If this happens, please send an email and we will do our best to assist you. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

How often can I wear my customs?You can wear your customs everyday casually if you would like to. Just keep in mind, that paint on any surface can be scuffed.

Will my shoes come back brand new?No shoe will ever become brand new again. We will guarantee that you will get our best efforts from our knowledge and equipment capabilities.

How long have you guys been restoring shoes?We have been restoring shoes since 2013.

How long is the process of a restoration?It all depends on the workload. Typically anywhere from 1-3 weeks.

Do you offer shipping?Yes, we offer shipping to wherever a plane can go!

What if I don’t receive the shoes after they’re in transit?We will not be liable for any orders once they are in transit with the shipping company.

How do I go about shipping shoes?Shipping cost is covered by the customer to allow choice of company, method, insurance and signature delivery. Address will be provided once invoice is paid for.
